[Dulcie's apartment flickers into view. Her device is lying on its side, so the angle is slightly skewed and to the side. Everything in the room is bright, vivid colours. [Dulcie's device clicks on. Despite being seated on her nightstand, the viewer gets a fairly clear view of her bed. The bed is a total mess - a tangle of sheets and a quilt kicked almost to the bottom. Dulcie is splayed across it.
